Terms and Conditions of 677bet — Rules and User Rights

1. Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the sports betting and online casino platform operated under the brand 677bet, available at 677bet.world ("Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of 677bet, you ("User") confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and all other documents referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each product.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• 677bet: digital entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and other products available at 677bet.world.
• User: any individual, aged 18 or over, who creates an account and uses 677bet's services.
• Account: individual account created by the User, consisting of verified registration data, balance, and transaction history.
• Balance: funds available in the User's platform wallet, expressed in BRL (R$).
• Bonus: promotional credit granted by 677bet subject to specific terms of use and release conditions.
• Odd: a multiplier that determines the potential return on a winning bet.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 677bet's services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age on the date of registration. 677bet strictly prohibits access by minors.
• Be an individual resident in Brazil with a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, including full name, date of birth, CPF, address, and contact details (email and phone number).
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002).
• Not be barred from using the platform by any active court or administrative order.

Identity verification (KYC)

677bet may request identity verification documents at any time, including a government-issued photo ID (national ID, driver's license, or passport), a recent proof of address (issued within the last 90 days), and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the bank account or Pix key used for transactions. The verification process is in place to protect the User, prevent fraud, and meet applicable regulatory requirements.

677bet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts whose information is not verified within the requested timeframe or that show registration inconsistencies.

One account per user

Each User may hold one active account only at 677bet. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of all identified accounts, with possible balance retention pending investigation.

3. User Account

Your 677bet account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify 677bet support via the chat available on the platform. 677bet is not liable for financial losses resulting from unauthorized account use when the User failed to report the incident in a timely manner.

User Responsibilities

• Keep your registered email active and accessible to receive communications from 677bet.
• Keep your registration details up to date whenever your address, phone number, or email changes.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Not to use the account for any purpose other than personal entertainment — betting on behalf of third parties or any commercial use of the account is prohibited.
• Only bet with your own money, from lawful sources.

Account inactivity

Accounts with no activity (login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for more than 12 (twelve) consecutive months are considered inactive. 677bet may charge a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 on inactive accounts with a positive balance, following prior notification to the registered email. Inactive accounts with no balance will be archived after 24 months of inactivity.

4. Deposits and Payments

677bet accepts only domestic payment methods, in compliance with Brazilian law. Available methods include:

• Pix: primary method, with instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Minimum deposit of R$ 10.00.
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário): credited within up to 1 business day after payment. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.
• Credit and debit card: instant credit. Accepted card brands are displayed at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.
• PicPay: Instant credit. Minimum deposit of R$ 10.00.
• Mercado Pago: Instant credit. Minimum deposit of R$ 10.00.
• TED Transfer: valid from any bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, and others). Credited within up to 1 hour on business days.

All deposits must be made by the account holder. 677bet does not accept third-party deposits. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are from a lawful source and consistent with your declared activities. 677bet reserves the right to request proof of the origin of funds at any time.

5. Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available balance (excluding any unreleased bonus balance) at any time, provided the account is verified and no active restrictions apply.

Withdrawal method and timeframe

Withdrawals at 677bet are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered under the User's own name and matching the CPF on file. The standard processing time is up to 5 (five) minutes after the request is approved, available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, including weekends and national holidays.

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum daily limit for users with a verified account. For users still going through verification, the withdrawal limit is R$ 500.00 per request until KYC is complete.

Withdrawal conditions

• The account must be verified with an approved ID and proof of address.
• The Pix key used for withdrawals must be registered under the account holder's CPF.
• Balances derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the applicable rollover has been fully met.
• The first withdrawal from an account may be subject to an additional security review taking up to 24 business hours.

6. Sports Betting

677bet offers Sports Betting across a wide range of disciplines, with particular focus on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, CONMEBOL Sul-Americana, Premier League, Champions League, and over 50 other leagues), basketball (NBB and international leagues), MMA/UFC, volleyball, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Free Fire), and other sports with a strong fan base in Brazil.

General betting rules

• The minimum bet per event is R$ 2.00. There is no fixed maximum bet — per-event limits are set by 677bet for each market and may vary.
• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be reversed. Once confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in the situations outlined in these Terms.
• Odds are set by 677bet and may be updated at any time before the User confirms the bet. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the ones that will apply to the bet slip.
• In the event of odds publication errors (an odds value clearly out of line with the market), 677bet reserves the right to void bets placed based on the error, with a full refund of the staked amount.

Cancellations and refunds

Events that are canceled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or not completed within the timeframe established by the sport's rules will result in an automatic refund of the affected bets. For accumulator bets, the canceled selection is removed from the slip and the remaining selections stay valid with the odds recalculated. Specific rules for each market and sport are available in the platform's Help Center.

Live betting and Cash Out

Live betting is available for major events and follows the same general rules, with the caveat that live odds reflect the current state of the game. Cash Out allows the User to settle a bet before the event ends, at the value calculated in real time by 677bet. The Cash Out operation is final and irreversible. 677bet may suspend Cash Out for any event without prior notice.

7. Casino and Games

677bet offers a selection of casino games including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and live game shows), crash games, table games, and more. All games are provided by certified developers and use Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent entities.

RTP and results

The Return to Player (RTP) for each slot and casino game is shown on the game's information page. The RTP represents the theoretical return percentage over millions of rounds and does not guarantee specific results in any individual session. Each outcome is independent of previous results.

Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time by professional dealers. If a transmission failure or technical interruption occurs during a round, the bet will be voided and the User will receive a full refund. Bets completed before the interruption are final.

Progressive jackpots

Progressive jackpots accumulate based on a percentage of bets placed on participating games. The jackpot amount displayed on the platform updates in real time but may show a slight delay due to technical reasons. Jackpot payouts are made in full via Pix following account verification and technical validation of the result.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

677bet offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing users. Every promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions published on the corresponding promotion page, which complement and form part of these general Terms.

Welcome bonus

677bet's standard welcome bonus grants a 100% match on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically after the qualifying deposit. To release the bonus for withdrawal, the User must complete a 5x rollover (five times the bonus amount) on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50 per selection, within 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Bets resulting in a draw, or that are voided or canceled, do not count toward the rollover.

General bonus rules

• Each User is entitled to receive each promotional offer only once, unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in the cancellation of all accounts involved.
• 677bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses or withdrawals resulting from betting behavior identified as abusive or intended to exploit promotional conditions.
• Unused bonuses expire according to the deadline stated in each offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the User's balance.
• Promotions may be changed, suspended, or ended by 677bet at any time, without affecting the rights already earned by Users who met the conditions in effect.

9. Responsible Gambling

677bet is genuinely committed to responsible gambling. Sports betting and casino games are forms of entertainment and should never be seen as a source of income, a solution to financial problems, or a way to recover previous losses.

677bet makes the following control tools available to all Users:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once activated, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Betting limits: set a maximum bet amount per event or per time period.
• Session reality: session time and total amount wagered alerts during your gaming session.
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and promotional communications cannot be received.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure. This action is irreversible.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technology that simulates or automates actions on the platform.

• Depositing funds from illegal activities or using the platform for money laundering.
• Using credit cards or bank accounts belonging to third parties for transactions.
• Attempting to breach, compromise, or interfere with 677bet's technical systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to use your account.

677bet continuously monitors betting patterns and account behavior. Suspicious activity is investigated and may result in a preventive suspension with balance hold until the investigation is complete.

11. Account Closure

At the User's request

Users may request account closure at any time through 677bet's support. Before closure, any available balance must be withdrawn. Unreleased bonus balance is canceled upon account closure. Pending bets are settled as normal, and the outcome is credited or debited accordingly.

At 677bet's discretion

677bet may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information or refusing to complete the verification process.
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior, or conduct contrary to the platform's legitimate interests.
• Court or administrative order.
• Extended inactivity as described in section 3.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, 677bet reserves the right to hold the account balance for the duration of the investigation. Any balance of verified lawful origin will be returned to the User once the process is complete, minus any irregular bets and transactions identified.

12. Privacy and LGPD

677bet processes Users' personal data in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). The legal bases used for data processing include contract performance (service provision), compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest, and consent where applicable.

The data collected is used for platform operations, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, experience personalization, and service-related communications. 677bet does not sell Users' personal data.

13. Limitation of Liability

677bet is not liable for losses or damages arising from:

• Betting decisions made by the User based on the platform's services.
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseeable technical failures.
• Internet connection failures on the User's device.
• Unauthorized access to the User's account resulting from the User's own negligence with their credentials.
• Changes to odds or markets between the time the User views and confirms the bet.
• Legitimate betting losses — bet outcomes are determined by the real-world results of events and the certified algorithms of casino games.

677bet's total liability to any User is limited to the amount deposited by that User on the platform in the 12 months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

14. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

677bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via their registered email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 (fifteen) calendar days in advance, except where legal or regulatory requirements demand immediate implementation.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must close your account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the changes.

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of disputes arising from the relationship between the User and 677bet, the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are hereby designated as the competent jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.

677bet encourages amicable resolution of disputes. Users may file complaints via the platform's chat or by emailing suporte@677bet.world or, if you prefer, through the official complaints platform consumidor.gov.br. 677bet responds to formal complaints within 5 business days.
